Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Investor Relations will support Investor Relations and Capital Markets during a transformational period in the Company's evolution. This individual will serve as a key member of the finance organization, supporting investor communications, earnings preparation, capital markets activities, valuation analysis, executive presentations, and public company readiness efforts.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting the development of the Company's equity story, preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, and conference presentations, monitoring analyst estimates and investor sentiment, and coordinating investor conferences and non-deal roadshows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- MBA, CFA, or progress toward CFA designation is a plus
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Investment Banking, Equity Research, Investor Relations, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Valuation Advisory, Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Development
