Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of Lori's Gifts' marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring company priorities are communicated and supported clearly, consistently and effectively across internal and external audiences.
What You Will Do
Partner with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to develop and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with company objectives. Translate business priorities into integrated plans with clear audiences, messages, channels, deliverables and timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications or a related field
- Previous experience leading projects, campaigns and/or team members
- Exceptional written, verbal, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong project-management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to translate complex business information into clear, engaging and actionable communications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including Senior Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Experience with digital marketing, email, social media and/or loyalty programs preferred
- Retail, hospitality, healthcare or multi-location organization experience preferred
