Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations role will serve as a critical connection between marketing strategy, tactical execution, and day-to-day operations to support the brand. This role will manage the promotional, medical, regulatory, and compliance (PMRC) review committee, key exhibit planning, and logistical support for commercial meetings. The person in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and external agency partners.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading the PMRC process, managing day-to-day operations for PMRC meetings, facilitating congress planning and execution, and supporting field-based exhibits. The role will also involve managing and optimizing print and fulfillment, aggregating and rolling up monthly budget accruals, and supporting commercial meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters with 8+ years of experience
• Exceptional understanding of Marketing Operations and project management
• In-depth expertise in Pharmaceutical Promotional/Marketing Services and knowledge of related disciplines
• Proficiency with Veeva Promomats or similar review system
• Strong computer aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple ongoing projects/workstreams
• Experience in print production within a pharmaceutical company or advertising agency a plus
• Experience with detailed meeting logistics planning required to execute NSM, POAs, etc.
