Job Description
The Senior Manager, Member Platforms serves as the strategic and operational leader for IEEE's suite of member-facing platforms, including IEEE Collabratec, IEEE Volunteering, and others as assigned. This role shares the business leadership and strategic roadmap, and owns the marketing, user engagement, governance, and administration for these platforms, helping to ensure they deliver high value to members, volunteers, and the broader IEEE community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7-10 years Marketing, user engagement, digital services, platform growth, community development, or related areas
  • Experience owning or influencing strategic direction for digital platforms, communities, or online services
  • Strong track record in audience engagement, campaign leadership, or membership-based marketing
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing staff in a matrixed, collaborative environment
