Senior Manager, Merchandising Analytics

The Senior Manager, Merchandising Analytics leads the analytical engine behind merchandising and planning decisions, transforming performance data into a clear, forward-looking point of view that shapes assortment, pricing, inventory, and financial strategy. This role owns the design and delivery of executive-level reporting, drives the analytical rigor behind weekly, monthly, and long-range planning, and partners across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Finance to turn insight into profitable action across channels.

What You Will Do

Own the analytical point of view, translate sales, margin, inventory, and customer data into a clear, well-reasoned point of view, surfacing risks and opportunities before they show up in the P&L. Inform the strategy, partner with Merchandising and Planning leadership to shape category, channel, and pricing strategy with data-backed recommendations that meet or exceed sales and margin targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field
• 5+ years of related merchandise planning, analytics, or FP&A experience
• Demonstrated command of retail merchandising fundamentals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience building executive-level reporting
• Familiarity with BI and reporting platforms such as Tableau
• Familiarity with replenishment and allocation systems
• Adeptness at leveraging AI tools such as Claude
