Role OverviewAs a Senior Manager, ML Infrastructure, you will lead multiple engineering teams to define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for ML infrastructure stack and deliver highly extensible systems that fuel personalized discovery at global scale.
What You Will Do
Your day will involve partnering with scientists and product managers to streamline the model development lifecycle from research to production, building ML infrastructure and establishing MLOps practices that enables rapid experimentation and deployment of AI/ML models.

Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Hands-on experience with machine learning infrastructure, retrieval/recommendation systems, large-language model and/or generative AI, as well as partnering with applied science teams
