Senior Manager of Benefits at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. will oversee daily benefits administration, team leadership, and process improvement to stabilize and improve the benefits function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration
  • 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and benefits compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with benefits billing, reconciliation, and deductions
  • Experience supporting large employee populations (2,000+ on medical plans preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, practical decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS systems
