The Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications is a key leader on the Shared Services Team responsible for elevating KIPP Jacksonville’s public profile and strengthening enrollment and talent pipelines through strategic, high-impact communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS/web management
  • Comfort with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint)
