As the Senior Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) & SAP Data Conversion, you will lead enterprise IT data management, master data governance, and SAP data conversion initiatives that enable successful business transformation.
What You Will Do
Execute the rollout of the enterprise MDM solution across key domains, including Customer, Vendor, and Material. Manage day-to-day MDM information technology support operations and service level agreement performance across all three master data domains.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and/or Data Migration.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP data objects and SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).
- 5+ years of experience with the Syniti ADM/ADMM data migration tool.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
