Requirements

  • Oversees activities of a team of 6+ payroll specialists and analysts
  • Ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations at the state, federal, international level
  • Collaborates with Accounting and HR to create payroll reports and forecasts
  • Trains and develops the payroll team to follow and administer payroll processes within the Company’s payroll/HRIS system
