Role OverviewThe Senior Procurement Manager oversees all purchasing, sourcing, evaluation, and repair related procurement functions in support of the FSN IERW aviation training mission. The role ensures compliant acquisition of aviation and non-aviation materials, equipment, and services while maintaining strict adherence to airworthiness standards, OEM certification requirements, and U.S. Government procurement regulations.
What You Will Do
Execute all purchasing, sourcing, evaluation, and repair related procurement functions for aviation and non-aviation materials, equipment, and services. Source and procure OEM or OEM approved/certified aviation parts and materials that meet airworthiness criteria and required documentation standards.

Demonstrated expertise in aviation procurement, including OEM/OEM approved parts, airworthiness documentation, and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of FAR/48 CFR Parts 6, 8, 19, and 52 to effectively navigate procurement requirements and support DCMA/DCAA audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of procurement supervisory experience.
- US citizenship is required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, forecasting, and documentation.
