Role OverviewThe Senior Manager of Products & Innovation is a Senior Leadership role in Product Management, responsible for aligning product strategies to Business Unit goals, driving innovation and new product solutions development and launch, and maximizing product line profitability.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of the 5-year Product Plan, communicating with high-level contacts outside of Steffes, and presenting and involved with industry organizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience working as a manager in engineering, manufacturing, marketing, or sales
- Experience working with product related solutions with customers
- Intermediate computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
- Written and verbal communication skills
