Senior Manager of Projects Control

The Sr. Project Controls Manager will lead a team of project controls professionals, overseeing project financial controls, integrating cost performance, change activity, and schedule progress into a clear view of project performance. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Project Management, Scheduling, and Finance to deliver financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure strong financial and operational controls.

Responsibilities include building and leading a team, overseeing project financial controls, partnering with Operations and Finance to integrate cost performance and schedule progress, performing contract review, project setup, risk assessment, and project closeout, and maintaining reliable project forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or finance
• Understanding of data-driven decision making and financial modeling
• Basic knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, and controls
• Minimum of 10 years in project controls, project finance, cost control, or construction accounting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience supporting large-scale EPC, utility, transmission, distribution, data center, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience utilizing project management, ERP, business intelligence, and project controls systems
• Broad knowledge of Project Control Systems and processes
