Role OverviewLead a team in Clinical Supply Operations (CSO) organization, managing the ERP system, planning, scheduling, packaging, labeling, and logistics. Support CSO and cross-functional efforts to develop and implement Network/Process optimizations.
What You Will Do
Recruit, supervise, and manage resources to ensure team members are motivated and developed. Provide technical leadership and direction to direct reports and other teams. Identify process improvements and develop innovative concepts to enhance work processes and operating models.

Requires 6+ years of experience, including 12 months of people management experience. Must have user/functional expertise in CSO Systems (EMD365, Prisym, or CSDS) and knowledge of cGMP requirements. Requirements
- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in People Management of at least 12 months
- User/functional expertise in one or more of the following CSO Systems (EMD365, Prisym, or CSDS)
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements and working in a highly regulated environment
