Job Description
AbbVie is seeking a Sr. Manager, PMO and Project Management to oversee project governance, execution, and consistency across the site. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and mitigate risks. The PMO staff will be responsible for project standardization, governance, and metric tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management preferred.
  • 6-10 years business experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • 6-10 years of experience, with direct people management experience.
  • Accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader Certification required (PMP preferred).
  • Financial acumen and ability to assess project return on investment.
