Role OverviewThis position is responsible for delivering real options in power generation and energy storage projects that support the corporation's sustainability goals. The Senior Manager will lead a cross-functional team to develop and deliver projects, manage risks, and ensure project safety and quality. The role requires a strong understanding of project development, commercial expertise, and contractual aspects.
What You Will Do
Develops a powerful project development team, understands project requirements, and works closely with regulatory functions to support project viability. Manages project vision, execution philosophy, and deliverables to progress projects through the Stage Gate Process. Utilizes commercial expertise to solidify commercial agreements and delivers successfully negotiated contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 10 years' experience in capital projects development and management
- Power Generation project development experience is preferred
