Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Production Control, is responsible for ensuring alignment between material availability, production schedules, and contractual requirements through effective use of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Control systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, SAP troubleshooting proficiency, a solid understanding of MRP within a manufacturing environment, and proven leadership capabilities.
What You Will Do
Manage a team, drive alignment to the financial plan, lead and support front-end of the business start-up activities, maintain and drive accurate MRP schedules, use data to influence decisions cross-functionally, and ensure materials compliance.

Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years' experience.
- Experience with either Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Production Control, Program Management, Manufacturing, or Operations.
- Experience using Material Requirements Planning MRP/ERP Systems.
- Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.
