Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful delivery of power projects, supporting clients across generation, transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure. This role ensures alignment with Worley’s policies, client expectations, and contractual commitments while driving project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
What You Will Do
Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, productivity, and budget. Lead execution of power projects (generation, transmission lines, substations, distribution systems, grid modernization initiatives). Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the power, utilities, or energy infrastructure sector
- At least 12 years in project management, technical leadership, or supervisory roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (P.Eng, CPEng)
- Project management certification (PMI, APM, IPMA, or equivalent)
