Job Description
AssistRx is seeking a Senior Manager of Provider Solutions to lead a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on supporting and expanding AssistRx technology solutions for healthcare providers, overseeing both the account executives and provider solutions specialists, and driving platform adoption. The manager will also be responsible for team leadership, operational execution, and reporting on team KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or SaaS
  • Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
