Job Description
Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining an integral, efficient and cost-effective company program to assure the quality of our business processes continually produce Quality products and services for our customers in accordance with AS9100.

Requirements

  • Lead development and maintenance of Quality/Business Management Systems with all business functions, including contracts, program management, procurement and operations.
  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives across all sites. Synergize processes to obtain maximum performance and drive down costs.
  • Work cross-functionally, especially with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Contracts to ensure customer requirements are met and Key Performance Indicators are within tolerances.
  • Monitor and prepare capital, labor and expense budgets ensuring cost-effective operations
