Lead a high-performing revenue accounting team, review and evaluate customer contracts, partner with stakeholders to structure commercial arrangements, lead the monthly and quarterly close process, and drive simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across revenue accounting processes.

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606
- Strong ability to interpret complex commercial arrangements and assess accounting implications
- Proven experience leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams
- Experience improving and scaling quote-to-cash processes, systems, and controls in a high-growth environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong systems and operational mindset
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve accounting operations, workflows, and decision-making
