Job Description
Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will own and evolve the company's Revenue Operating Model, aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and the C-suite around measurable revenue outcomes, and reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era.
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role within a fast-growth, venture-backed B2B Financial or SaaS startup.
Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, CPQ, Planhat, Intercom) as well as AI and BI tools.
Experience designing and enforcing commercial governance frameworks, pipeline standards, QBR frameworks, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting.
Executive communication skills with proven experience partnering with GTM leaders and presenting complex insights to C-suite executives.
An ownership mindset with the ability to think from first principles, iterate quickly, and work comfortably through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
