Job Description
Jiko is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help build the company's operational infrastructure layer and shape the strategy, systems, and processes that power the go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role acts as the operational foundation, utilizing data and technology to ensure fast, seamless scaling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role within a fast-growth, venture-backed B2B Financial or SaaS startup.
  • Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, CPQ, Planhat, Intercom) as well as AI and BI tools.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to move from raw data to strategic recommendations.
  • Experience designing and enforcing commercial governance frameworks, pipeline standards, QBR frameworks, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Executive communication skills with proven experience partnering with GTM leaders and presenting complex insights to C-suite executives.
