Job Description
Jiko is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help build the company's operational infrastructure layer and shape the strategy, systems, and processes that power the go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role acts as the operational foundation, utilizing data and technology to ensure fast, seamless scaling.
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related operational role within a fast-growth, venture-backed B2B Financial or SaaS startup.
Hands-on experience managing a modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, CPQ, Planhat, Intercom) as well as AI and BI tools.
Highly analytical with the ability to move from raw data to strategic recommendations.
Experience designing and enforcing commercial governance frameworks, pipeline standards, QBR frameworks, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting.
Executive communication skills with proven experience partnering with GTM leaders and presenting complex insights to C-suite executives.
