Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Recovery and Resolution Planning, will play a critical role in the development, maintenance, governance, and execution readiness of the firm's Recovery and Resolution Planning framework. This position supports compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements and expectations while partnering across business lines, corporate functions, and legal entities to enhance the organization's resilience and preparedness during periods of financial stress.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading the development, enhancement, and maintenance of regulator-ready, evidence-based, and operationally credible Recovery and Resolution Plans and playbooks, monitoring and assessing evolving regulatory expectations, and partnering with business units to assess feasibility and execution readiness of recovery and resolution strategic options.

Requirements
- 15+ years in RRP/living wills, treasury, enterprise risk, regulatory affairs, resilience, audit, consulting, or similar within a large financial institution/consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk, Business)
- Experience supporting US regulatory exams/interactions preferred
- Strong working knowledge of US recovery and resolution planning expectations (FRB/FDIC) and how they translate into deliverables, controls, and evidence.
- Solid understanding of capital, liquidity, funding, and legal entity structures, especially under stress
- Excellent writing and document discipline—able to produce clear, concise, regulator-ready content.
- Confident stakeholder management and influence across functions; comfortable working without direct authority
- Strong program management capability (planning, RAID, governance, action tracking, quality control)
- Analytical judgement, attention to detail, and the confidence to simplify complexity
