Job Description
HealthEquity is seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead their Salesforce CRM Engineering Services team. This role focuses on driving innovation, mentoring talent, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions to support digital transformation. The manager will oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensure security and performance, and identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development with at least 5 years in Salesforce engineering leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform governance, security, and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated success managing full project lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with global program execution and vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
