Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will play a critical role in supporting public company readiness initiatives and leading external financial reporting activities. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this individual will be responsible for preparing SEC filings, supporting technical accounting matters, and helping establish scalable reporting and compliance processes appropriate for a public company environment.
What You Will Do
Prepare and coordinate SEC filings, draft and review footnote disclosures and MD&A, support IPO readiness activities, and partner cross-functionally with various teams to gather and validate information for filings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Active CPA license
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Big 4 public accounting experience
- Clinical-stage biotechnology or life sciences industry experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
