Role OverviewAs a Java full-stack Engineering Manager with CVS Health PSS IT team, you will build high-quality, usable products for PSS IT customers and stakeholders. This role is Hybrid in Richardson, TX.
What You Will Do
Help provide input to product roadmap, technical design, oversee engineering practices, and lead product build using agile (Scrum, SAFe) software development practices and create products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery. You will maintain a user-centered and business-as-priority approach in design perspective and practice.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment with strong leadership experience
- 6+ years of experience with frontend development including Angular 8+ using NgRx
- 6+ years of experience implementing REST services with Java and Spring Boot
- 6+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment and using Agile concepts such as Continuous Integration (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
