Job Description

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager of Solution Design to partner with product managers across the North America product and solutions organization. This role will focus on developing client-focused solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of market needs and evaluating technical design, ensuring successful implementation across strategic product lines. The position reports to the Senior Director within Visa’s NA Product and Solutions organization and involves a hybrid work model.

Requirements

8 or more years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
Experience in payments, fintech, or digital technologies
