Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Solutions Architect will oversee all aspects of customer service as they leverage Publica to power their CTV/OTT video business. This includes engaging with customers regularly, deep diving into data and running analyses, responding to customer inquiries, and funneling feedback to the product and engineering team.
What You Will Do
The role involves working with high touch and highly technical clients to understand their needs, resolving issues from pre-sales to post-sales, and implementing solutions across enterprise clients. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for delivering insights through data, reports, and presentations.

Requirements
- 10+ years of ad tech experience

- Experience working with high touch and highly technical clients
- Proven experience with object oriented programming, tool development, and automation
- Ability to deliver insights through data, reports, and presentations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
