Role OverviewAs the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers and drive the success of our sales efforts. You will have a deep understanding of AI and SaaS sales cycles, extensive experience in solution sales, and a proven track record of building and leading successful solutions engineering teams.
What You Will Do
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Enterprise solutions engineering team, foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, and serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the Enterprise Sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successfully supporting deal cycles through to close-won
- Strong understanding of current AI technology as well as the current CLM, CRM and ERP software landscape
- Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team
- 2+ years of experience leading an Enterprise solutions engineering team, preferably in an AI or B2B SaaS setting
- Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong listening and ability to understand customers' needs
