Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Design Recruiting will lead executive search to hire senior Design leaders across all Amazon businesses. The role involves developing talent acquisition strategies, cultivating relationships with world-class designers, and partnering with senior business leaders to define talent needs in Design.

Hire, lead, and develop a global team of exceptional leadership recruiters, lead executive search, and work with business leaders to define continuous success for senior Design talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting at executive level experience
  • 5+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level experience
  • 5+ years of advising and influencing leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets
