Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Design Recruiting will lead executive search to hire senior Design leaders across all Amazon businesses. The role involves developing talent acquisition strategies, cultivating relationships with world-class designers, and partnering with senior business leaders to define talent needs in Design.

Hire, lead, and develop a global team of exceptional leadership recruiters, lead executive search, and work with business leaders to define continuous success for senior Design talent.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting at executive level experience
- 5+ years of progressive technical recruiting at executive level experience
- 5+ years of advising and influencing leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets
