Job Description
Carlisle Construction Materials is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead and grow our PVC sales strategy across key verticals and opportunity states. This role will sit at the center of our PVC growth strategy—owning strategic accounts while providing leadership across a PVC-focused commercial team that includes Strategic Account Managers, PVC Specialists, and external partners.
What you’ll do:
Lead PVC-centric strategic account growth across defined vertical markets
Develop and execute PVC sales strategies aligned to market demand
Build and expand high-value relationships with Building Owners and key influencers
Provide leadership and direction to a PVC-focused sales team
Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, visibility, and results
What we’re looking for:
Senior-level strategic sales or account leadership experience
Strong background in building products, construction, or roofing (PVC experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to lead through influence, strategy, and execution
Willingness to travel extensively (up to ~70%)

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, Business, Sales, or Marketing focus preferred.
Five to ten years in a sales/strategic account environment within the roofing/construction industry demonstrating a strong understanding of strategic selling concepts.
Three years of experience with single-ply roofing products.

Working Conditions:
Office environment
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
Travel Requirement:
Travel and time outside the office is estimated at 70%.
