Role OverviewWe are searching for a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations to guide our approach to project management, workflows and cross-functional coordination of all Portfolio Marketing team projects. The role goes beyond to-do lists and timelines – it’s about driving clarity, efficiency, and quality across complex, multi-channel work.
What You Will Do
Lead all aspects of our project management tool (Asana) application and strategy, including workflows, goal mapping, workload management, templates, reporting, relationship management, AI functionality integration, and creating documentation & maintaining project management tool best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferably in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Communications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within advertising, printer/reprographics business, production, digital & customer service-oriented environments
- Proficient with project management tools a must, experience with Asana a plus
- Knowledge of print productions & production estimating (i.e. off-set, digital techniques, silkscreen, large format, embroidery, industrial etc)
- Mac OS skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, typing & math skills with a command of Word & Excel
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer psychology
