Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Strategy -- Chief of Staff & Strategic Initiatives will serve as the primary operating partner to the Vice President of Strategy, ensuring alignment of priorities, messaging, and operating cadence across the function. This role operates at the center of EA's most important strategic questions, helping leadership understand what is changing in the world, what it means for EA, and how the company should respond.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manager will own high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, operating as a hands-on individual contributor on complex, sensitive analyses and as a coordinator of cross-functional efforts. They will lead workstreams spanning corporate strategy evolution, portfolio and adjacency assessments, M&A-related strategic diligence, partnership strategy, and executive-level materials.

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field
- Experience in media, technology, gaming, or entertainment is a plus
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from framing through to outcome in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and market analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, decision-oriented narratives
- Experience preparing executive-level materials and supporting senior leadership in high-visibility settings
- Genuine operational instinct. You bring structure and momentum to ambiguous work, and you are energized by building the processes and rhythms that make a team effective
- High judgment, discretion, and maturity. This role sits close to sensitive discussions and requires the ability to handle confidential matters with care
