Role OverviewWe're seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Fulfillment Leader for North America to own end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and S&OP execution for a critical region that supports long-term business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations while leading a team through transformation initiatives, advanced planning systems, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience
- Experience in directly related fields, with the most recent years in progressive management positions
- Owning / Facilitating S&OP process at a regional/global level
- Advanced Planning System's (Demand & Supply) Implementation and maturity building – Gains, IBP, Kinaxis
- ERP system expertise and Logistics / warehousing – SAP (experience of ECC to S4 transformation), Transportation Management, Global Trade Management, 3PL / Freight Forwarder integration
