What You Will Do
As a Senior Manager, Talent Development, you will serve as an internal learning consultant, designing and delivering workshops, onboarding sessions, leadership programs, and cohort-based learning for diverse audiences. You will also lead cohorts, build internal facilitation capacity, and support the continuous improvement of existing learning programs.
