Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic leader who partners closely with the Vice President, Talent Management to shape and execute the organization's talent management and learning and development priorities across the US and globally. This is a strategic and delivery-focused role.
What You Will Do
The Director translates enterprise talent priorities into effective strategies, programs, and practices across learning and development, talent management, and recruiting. The Director brings perspective and recommendations, leads program design and execution, and ensures these areas operate as an integrated talent system.

Requirements
- 7 years of progressive experience across talent management and learning and development
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategy development and translate strategic direction into effective programs, plans, and execution
- Proven record designing and owning succession, performance, and leadership development strategy
- Experience delivering talent or learning programs across multiple sites or regions
- Direct people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and set direction for a team
- Familiarity with established change and development frameworks
