Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Technology Projects & Security leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that support manufacturing operations, facility systems, security, operational technology, and internal IT improvement efforts. This role serves as a cross-functional technology leader within the IT organization, working with Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, HR, Finance, vendors, contractors, and external partners to deliver practical, reliable, secure, and supportable technology solutions.

The position is responsible for improving how technology projects are evaluated, prioritized, scoped, documented, implemented, and transitioned into ongoing support. Key responsibilities include leading technology projects across manufacturing systems, facility systems, security, operational technology, business process automation, and IT-supported infrastructure.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology project management, IT infrastructure, operational technology, systems integration, cybersecurity, physical security technology, or related technical roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology projects involving internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of networked systems, security technology, manufacturing or facility systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, and business systems integration.
- Experience working in manufacturing, food production, logistics, facilities, industrial operations, or another operationally intensive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Experience managing vendor scopes, budgets, schedules, project risks, technical documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Working knowledge of networked devices, access control, video surveillance, PoE infrastructure, wireless systems, VLANs, firewalls, remote access, endpoint systems, cloud-connected services, and systems documentation.
- Ability to operate effectively in both planning discussions and hands-on field environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across IT, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, HR, Finance, vendors, and executive leadership.
