Role OverviewWe are searching for a Senior Manager, Transformation Communications to help shape and drive the communications strategy for the Human Resources function’s Accelerating Gamechangers program. This role will partner with the Senior Director, HR Communications, and program leaders to develop integrated communication approaches that build understanding, engagement, and adoption across the global HR organization.

As a trusted communications advisor and subject matter expert, the Senior Manager will translate complex transformation priorities into clear narratives, leadership communications, and employee engagement strategies that advance program goals and strengthen organizational alignment.

Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading employee communications, change communications, transformation communications, or related fields.
- Proven success developing communication strategies that support large-scale organizational transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex organizations.
- Strong discernment and ability to translate complex transformation concepts into compelling, actionable communications.
- Experience using data, insights, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and improve communication outcomes.
