Job Description
Phaedon is seeking a Senior Manager, UX Product Design to define and execute the overall user experience strategy across their core platform. This role will establish scalable design processes, influence product strategy, and shape the future growth of product UX within the organization.
Requirements
Define and communicate the product UX vision and strategy
Establish and maintain a user-centered culture within the organization
Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive UX roadmap
Collaborate with other department heads to integrate UX into the overall business strategy
Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve the overall user experience
