Job Description
Senior Manufacturing Engineer role focused on sheet metal fabrication, welding, and forming operations, with a strong focus on process optimization, automation, and production excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5–10+ years in manufacturing engineering, ideally in fabrication environments
Strong hands-on experience with laser cutting, turret presses, brake presses, welding, and Fabrication OEMs (e.g., Amada, Salvagnini, Cincinnati)
Experience with CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, ProE)
Proven ability to improve throughput, uptime, and process efficiency
Experience in high-mix / low-volume OR high-volume environments
Strong presence on the shop floor—this is not a desk-only role
