Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive the performance of our automated server assembly operations. You will optimize manufacturing workflows to improve throughput, reliability, and scalability across our automation platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial engineering
  • Experience with automated assembly, robotics, or electronics manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process mapping, time studies, and workflow optimization
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and process documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment
