Role Overview

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Crusoe, you will bridge the gap between engineering designs and their successful execution in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a strong technical aptitude and strategic vision for optimizing manufacturing processes.

What You Will Do

Lead documentation interpretation and translation, drive production data migration, strategic communication and coordination, process and systems ownership, continuous improvement leadership, supplier collaboration, ERP data management and optimization, tooling and equipment strategy, and cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role and demonstrated leadership responsibilities
  • Manufacturing process expertise
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical machinery, power electronics, or industrial controls
  • Documentation proficiency
  • Operational acumen
  • Software proficiency in ERP software, SolidWorks, and typical productivity software
