Role OverviewThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer is accountable for establishing and maintaining processes and procedures to safely operate the furnace, forming and continuous molded pipe areas. They must ensure a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment and build a culture where safety is a priority. The engineer will lead and support safety initiatives and processes to drive towards zero safety incidents.
What You Will Do
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will identify and lead new process improvements, set clear and measurable expectations, and administer and ensure strict adherence to the business quality program. They will also develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes/controls, and apply statistical methods/data analytics to estimate future manufacturing requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment, fiberglass process experience preferred
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred
- TPM experience preferred
- Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities
- Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing experience
