Role OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Technical Services is responsible for leading the development and execution of maintenance and asset management strategies that optimize equipment performance, product quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Manage planned and unplanned system events, outages, and equipment failures. Coach and develop team members to build technical and leadership capabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industries, preferably in maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
