Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee custom electrical equipment projects from initial customer requirements through final production, shipment, and project completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to successfully coordinate multiple departments while ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet customer expectations.
What You Will Do
Lead custom manufacturing projects from project kickoff through final delivery and closeout, serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, and coordinate activities across multiple internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Five or more years of project management experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, or electromechanical industries
- Experience managing engineered-to-order (ETO) or custom manufacturing projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, order management, and long-lead material planning
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and single-line electrical diagrams
- Experience working closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams
- Proficiency with ERP systems and project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Excellent communication, customer relationship, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
