Role OverviewAs a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at Medtronic's Brooklyn Center Operations facility, you'll oversee the production of intricate, high-quality components for implantable medical devices. You'll work closely with a skilled team to ensure operational capacity meets today's demands and tomorrow's growth, supporting existing products and introducing new portfolios.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities may include developing and implementing production activities to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives; prioritizing production schedules; planning and administering procedures and budgets; and selecting and developing personnel.

Requirements

- Ethical acumen and lead by example approach
- Able to work cross functionally across the business

- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution
- Continuous Improvement /Lean Six Sigma experience
