Your responsibilities will include supervising and directing a team, supporting manufacturing quality, ensuring engineering deliverables, developing technical abilities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline
- Five (5) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience
- Experience supervising manufacturing engineers and/or hourly personnel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with compounding, coating, slitting and/or converting processes
- Experience effectively using and analyzing process data to drive decisions
