Role OverviewDesign, develop, build, and optimize manufacturing test systems and procedures to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Work closely with design engineering, quality, IT, and production teams to lead the development of new test systems used in a production environment.
What You Will Do
Define radar manufacturing test requirements, design and implement test hardware and software, support test systems throughout their lifecycle, and plan and execute evaluations of new or updated test processes.

Requirements
- Proficiency with RF/microwave measurement methods and instruments
- Programming proficiency in Python
- Ability to design and deploy complete automated test systems
- Ability to interpret and apply assembly drawings, schematics, mechanical models, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of computer/instrument communication protocols
- Able to develop PCBA designs used in automated test systems
- Experience developing test fixtures
- Hands-on experience with test system acceptance procedures
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills
