Role OverviewThe Senior Maritime Process Optimization Manager drives end-to-end operational process excellence across marine terminal operations, leading cross-functional initiatives to design, document, standardize, and optimize financial, administrative, and operational processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
What You Will Do
Lead process improvement initiatives across terminal operations, design and implement standardized operating procedures, manage complex projects, and partner with operations, IT, finance, and labor leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years' experience in business process improvement, operations, or project management
- 4+ years' experience within marine terminal, logistics, transportation, or related operational environment
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license required
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required
